Its signature implies acceptance by the tenant and all the people staying in the accommodation. 2. Duration and capacity The accommodation is rented for the period mentioned in the contract. Only people who are registered in the contract can stay in the premises. Maximum capacity: 4 people Any subletting or accommodation of additional people without written agreement is prohibited. 3. Arrival and departure Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: before 10:00 Any unauthorized delay may result in additional charges. 4. Use of the premises The premises must be used peacefully and in accordance with their intended purpose. Please respect the peace and quiet between 22:00 and 08:00 for the neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed inside. It's tolerated on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. . 5. Internal rules – Seasonal rental

1. Purpose of the Regulation
The purpose of these internal rules is to ensure the proper functioning, safety and respect of the premises during the rental. Its signature implies acceptance by the tenant and all the people staying in the accommodation.

The accommodation is rented for the period mentioned in the contract.
