LoSaVi SARL – Seasonal rental & para-hotel services

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the rental of a holiday apartment located in Corsica, as well as the sale of para-hotel services offered by the company LoSaVi SARL, in particular:

  • the provision of breakfasts,
  • regular cleaning of the apartment,
  • the supply of household linen,
  • Personalized welcome on arrival and departure.


These services, provided under conditions similar to those offered in hotel establishments, allow LoSaVi SARL to carry out a para-hotel commercial activity in accordance with the tax legislation and the regime applicable in Corsica.


All bookings imply unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.


3. Bookings


Reservations can be made:

directly through our website,

  • by phone,
  • by email,
  • through booking platforms such as Airbnb.

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, according to the terms and conditions specified at the time of the order.


4. Rates


Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).

The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the local authority, is to be paid in addition, according to the rate in force at the time of the stay.

LoSaVi SARL reserves the right to change its rates at any time. Services are charged according to the rate applicable on the date of confirmation of the reservation.


5. Payment terms

Payment can be made:

  • by bank transfer (contact details provided at the time of booking),
  • by credit card via a secure payment platform.

The booking is only considered final upon receipt of full or partial payment (deposit).

Any balance must be paid before arrival, according to the conditions specified in the contract.


6. Security deposit


A security deposit may be requested upon handover of the keys.

The amount is specified at the time of booking.

It is not collected except in the event of damage, deterioration, loss or non-compliance with contractual obligations.

The return is made within a maximum of 7 days after departure, minus, if applicable, any sums due for repairs or additional cleaning.


7. No right of withdrawal


In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific interval.


8. Cancellation policy


By the customer:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival: deposit refunded.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the stay is charged.


By LoSaVi SARL:

In the event of force majeure or the impossibility of honouring the booking, LoSaVi SARL will offer a postponement or a full refund of the sums paid.


9. Obligations of the tenant


The tenant undertakes to:

  • use the premises in a prudent and responsible manner,
  • respect the maximum capacity,
  • no smoking inside the dwelling,
  • report any damage or malfunction during the stay.


LoSaVi SARL reserves the right to charge for necessary repairs or replacements in the event of wilful damage or negligence.


10. Para-hotel services


Breakfast services, regular cleaning, linen supply and personalized welcome are offered at an additional cost or included depending on the offer.

The precise terms and conditions (schedules, frequency, content of the services) are communicated at the time of booking.

These services allow LoSaVi SARL to carry out a para-hotel activity within the meaning of the tax legislation.


11. Liability


LoSaVi SARL declines all responsibility in the event of:

  • theft, loss or damage to personal belongings in the dwelling,
  • improper use of equipment,
  • cancellation or interruption of the stay due to force majeure (natural disaster, administrative decision, etc.).


12. Personal data


The personal data collected is necessary for the processing of bookings.

It is stored in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is never resold to third parties.

The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion by writing to: admin@losavi.fr


13. Consumer mediation


In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the possibility of using a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
